Children's Liturgy

Children’s Liturgy of the Word takes place during the 12:15 p.m. Sunday Mass from September to May.  Children (kindergarten through grade 6) are called forward by the presider and invited to the Eucharistic Chapel to listen to the readings as adapted in the Children’s Lectionary. 

The regular order of the Liturgy of the Word is followed, including a sung psalm, the Gospel alleluia, etc.  Children rejoin their parents in the sanctuary at the beginning of the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
