RCIA – Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults provides for the spiritual transformation, growth and initiation into the Roman Catholic Church. Individuals served by this ministry include adults from various faith backgrounds and Catholics, who have received the Sacrament of Baptism but who have not received First Eucharist and Confirmation. The RCIA shares the beauty, depth and truth of the Roman Catholic Church. It brings new, enthusiastic Catholics into our faith community ready to share their gifts and continue their spiritual growth. Persons interested in becoming a part of the RCIA process are invited to contact the coordinator. After an initial visit with the coordinator or another RCIA team member, inquirers may begin attending the RCIA sessions. The RCIA team members and sponsors must be Roman Catholic. Meetings are held on Sundays after the 8:45am mass until noon.  Contact: Ken Steponaitis (972) 231-2951 x1012.

Catholics Returning Home- This ministry consists of a 7 week series. It is intended to help the person who has fallen away from the Catholic Church, or someone who regularly attends mass but needs to refresh their relationship with God and the Church.  These sessions cover many subjects but are primarily intended to help the individual evaluate their own spiritual life and help them to understand why the Church teaches what it teaches.
